Chicago dim sum late night12/29/2023 Phoenix still does the push carts, if that's what you're into, but I prefer checking off the items I want on a slip so they arrive at the table steaming hot vs. It's not bad but Phoenix is higher in price than other restaurants, so the quality doesn't match in terms of value. Phoenix recently lost their dim sum chef and they hired on the chef from Furama. MingHin and Cai are the best places for dim sum in Chicago at the moment, in my opinion.
